Dear Larry,

I cannot thank you enough for allowing me and my staff to participate in the Panamanian Operation Walk. It was truly a lifetime experience we will never forget. The group picture on the last day will forever alter my perception of patient care. The logistical effort of reduplicating our hospital facilities in a foreign country will forever remind me not to take for granted those thousands of little events that occur beneath my level of perception. I will be very grateful every day from here on. The increased degree of pathology and proportionate gratitude for reversal it is an opportunity that cannot be missed. I hope you will indulge me and my staff in future Operation Walk expeditions. Lastly, you, yourself continue to amaze me. As a competitive skeptic, I was quite frankly astounded at the loyalty and admiration you inspire in your staff and your followers. You have affected the perfect balance of leadership and democracy, of bluster and empathy, of dominance and indulgence. Please count me now in your pantheon of admirers and thanks again for the opportunity.
